"Only 5 minutes off HWY59 and completely worth the stop. Absolute BEST ribs and collard greens I have ever had. Really good Brisket. The baked beans were decent, I like mine sweet but theirs were more savory, just a personal preference. If I didn't live 8 hours away the staff would know my name and I would have my own chair in the dining area. Add this to your list of places you MUST stop at when you're in the area."

"Great service. It was HOT in there. Still, the person that took my order, brought my order out to me. Very nice. The southern peach sauce was good. Meat was moist. I would go again"

"A great place to eat and the staff is so nice! This place is a hidden gem The most amazing fries ever! I'm not a big meat eater but I love their hamburgers hotdogs pork. My husband loves the brisket. My dog loves their ice! Great sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes and Macaroni and Cheese. You can't go wrong with any food here"

"I'm on a road trip and had high hopes for this place, was pretty disappointed. Got two of the two meat platters, so tried the pork, chicken, ribs, and brisket as well as the potato salad, slaw, mac n cheese, collards, and cornbread. The chicken was pretty dry but was good with sauce, the pork wasn't super flavorful and was also somewhat dry. The brisket was the biggest let down, I had heard it was fantastic but if you didn't get any fat, it was dry and crumbled when you took a bite. The ribs were a real standout, would be 5 stars if that's all I ordered. The collards were great (they put some burnt ends in there) but the rest of the sides were meh. The potato salad was fine, the slaw was almost ground up into bits and didn't have much flavor, and I think they forgot to put the cheese in the mac. The cornbread was also cold and tasted like was made days ago. Best part were the portions, gave lots of meat but we paid about 60 bucks. I feel bad not leaving a good review, really wanted to like the place, but the only good things were the ribs and collards and there were some real misses."

"A hidden gem worth driving to no doubt. No frills just bar b que. Being from Memphis, it's hard to get excited about wings and ribs, but they knocked it out of the yard."
